In this workshop, I will guide participants through the chakras using specific seed sounds, bija mantras and through inquiry into the energetic flows of each, inviting balance to any place of blockage, disconnect or stagnation. This workshop includes ~Introduction to how sound healing works in the human energy system ~movement and meditation techniques to invite balance ~simple one syllable mantra meditations that you can access for each chakra and a full chakra meditation practice ~ I usually close this with a sound bath and śavasana with crystal bowls attuned to each chakra.
