Kaiulani Anderson-Andrei (they/she) is a passionate and experienced yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner dedicated to guiding students on a journey of self-discovery and well-being. With over 4 years of teaching experience and a 200-hour Hatha Yoga certification, Kaiulani specializes in creating inclusive and nurturing environments for students of all levels.Their yoga journey began as a way to manage stress and find balance in their own life. Inspired by the transformative power of yoga, they pursued formal training and quickly realized their calling to share these benefits with others. Kaiulani's teaching is deeply influenced by her background in mindfulness and trauma informed practices, blending elements of Vinyasa, Hatha, and other restorative practices.Kaiulani's classes are known for their gentle flow and emphasis on mindful movement, breath awareness, and alignment.They are committed to making yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone, offering modifications and personalized adjustments to meet individual needs.
