About me
Śri Devi Melissa Urey (Shree) is an intuitive healer, E-RYT 500, chanting teacher, and meditation guide living in Portland, ME. Śri has spent the last decade deeply immersed in the study and practice of yoga, Sanskrit, yogic philosophy, meditation techniques and Vedic chanting. She holds specialty training in Vedic Mantra Recitation, Sanskrit studies, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama & Yogic Meditation. Her passion is helping people integrate yogic practices into daily life for long-term well-being. She is extremely grateful to her teachers Shantala Sriramaiah, Prem Sadasivananda, Vidya Ramananthan, Allison Dennis and all the wonderful teachers at the ShivaShakti School of Yoga. In her free time she enjoys singing with her harmonium and forest bathing.
